BPS will prepare professional surveys, photographs and reports into the condition of a property as a record at the commencement of a lease, or where it may be affected by development works or refurbishment. After completing a detailed Schedule of Condition the team will then check and agree the condition of a building against the pre-agreed Schedule when the lease ends or the works are finished. This independent record is invaluable to remove the risk of costly dispute at a later date when signed off by both parties.
